On the checkout page enter your Credit Code into the ‘APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE’ box on the right hand column of the page. This will apply the full credit to your purchase. The credit code can be used on multiple purchases until the balance remaining is zero.
The Credit code is valid for use for a period of 18 months from the date of issue, and can only be used in conjunction with the email address to which it was originally sent to.

Check your spam box - sometimes your email provider will filter new emails, marking them as spam. It's always a good idea to check here first.
