A family-orientated Christmas Concert with a rock'n'roll twist!
If you're looking for a new Christmas tradition or simply a way to escape the endless cascade of distant relatives and itchy festive pullovers, head over to Christmas Rocks at Toledo's Stranahan Theatre for an entirely different way to celebrate the holiday season! Back for the second year running, the production features pageantry, special effects and dazzling lighting shows, all wrapped up in exciting rock'n'roll covers of Yuletide Carols.
Performing these modern takes on classic songs will be trumpeter Rick Everitt, local songstresses The Divas, The CMI Orchestra, The Brotherhood and The Thurlow Spur singers, as well as a talented backing band and other soloists. If that wasn't enough, audience participation is encouraged and there'll be gift giveaways to get you into the Christmas swing of things!
